The Valerie Farag Music Award was established in 2016, at the American university in Cairo. It is a cash award conferred at every commencement to an outstanding AUC graduate with a major or minor in Music Performance or Music Technology. So far, the following list contains the 12 recipients who have received the award until now.

- Farida Montasser (Spring 2023-2024)
- Tasnim ElAidy (Fall 2023-2024)
In 2022, an agreement to establish another fund, at the University of Illinois (Urbana Champagne) to provide an award to the highest performing undergraduate student studying voice or piano as their primary instrument & who are in the final semester of their degree program.
The list of recipients are as follows :
2022 Recipient - Kennedy Ortmeier, Vocalist.
2023 Recipient - Helen Jiang, Pianist.
2024 Recipient - Mathew Hauser, Vocalist.
